On June 8th in Ventura, my office alongside the team at Vitalant will host a Blood Drive Event. Daily personal emergencies and ongoing medical needs of thousands of patients require a constant and ready blood supply. It is the blood already on hospital shelves that saves lives. If you have the ability, please consider participating. Appointments are encouraged.
This event is possible thanks to a partnership with Vitalant Blood Donation.
On March 23rd in Ventura, my office alongside Assemblymember Steve Bennett will host a free tax preparation event. Eligible community members are invited to receive free tax filing services, claim the earned income tax credit (if applicable), enjoy free tacos, and learn about community resources. Services are available in both English and Spanish.
