Senate Leader Limón Announces Leadership and Committee Membership Appointments
(SACRAMENTO) – Senate President pro Tempore, Monique Limón (D-Santa Barbara), today announced the Senate Democratic Leadership Team and committee membership assignments for the remainder of the 2025-2026 session.
Leadership appointments and changes to Budget and Budget Subcommittees, and Natural Resources and Water Committee will take immediate effect. All other changes, including the creation of new committees, will take effect on February 1, 2026.
