Black History Month
Team Limón and I had a great time visiting our local Black History Month events. Black History Month is a reminder of the impact the Black community has had on the Central Coast and our country.
Thank you for having us, Allan Hancock College and artist Toni Scott!

Youth Making Change
Congratulations to The Fund’s Youth Making Change grant recipients. Every year, the Fund for Santa Barbara gives local high school students the opportunity to get directly involved in philanthropy through the Youth Making Change (YMC) program. The YMC board then awards grants to local youth led organizations for their programs that promote social change. This year, the south county recipients included: AHA!, Asian Student Alliance, Worldhealer UCSB, San Marcos High School Black Student Union, Move with Purpose, Freedom 4 Youth, and the SB Youth Council.
